@neoryokucha: You need to enable Private Messaging. This is in the "Edit Options" of the control panel. If this isn't there, it has to be added somehow. You can try posting in https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=319819 to ask it to be enabled, or contact a moderator.

I would be very grateful if you could share a link to Glo N613 firmware .img
Last night it was displaying a "Restoring" screen and may have run out of battery. Now it is white only. When I try to power on or manual reset it, it flashes black and white again but otherwise does nothing. I've backed up the existing .img and am hoping to write a working .img to it.

There are some instructions in Memory Upgrade Mod Guide. I think one of the links to a tools wrong, but, it gets you to the correct site and you can download it.
