@magpte: You need to enable Private Messaging. This is in the "Edit Options" of the control panel. If this isn't there, it has to be added somehow. You can try posting in https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=319819 to ask it to be enabled, or contact a moderator.

Wrong thread for the Glo HD image but I see you did find the Glo HD request thread.

You can use the μSD card from the Glo HD but I would recommend using a new μSD card. The image writer should not require the μSD card to be formatted prior to writing the image. I would definitely recommend purchasing the new card from a reputable vendor.

And I recommend using a new SD card. The one in the Glo is old enough that it might be failing and that was the real cause of the problem. You can use a larger card. Up to 16GB should work. Some people had success with a 32GB cards, but, not all work.
