When the US contest stopped working, I sent an email to feedback@kobo.com about it. At first I got a response about clearing my cookies and trying different browsers. When I replied that that didn't work, I received an apology email with 2 codes, one for 70% and one for 100%. And they both worked -- yeah!

I never get codes when I reply back and forth with customer service.

I did successfully use a 35% off code I got back before the contest stopped working this morning though.

I wasn't aware of an expiration date. I checked my account and my creed's still there, but you have me thinking I should use it sooner than I planned (I'd have liked to wait until the next contest).

I never got a code back. The first time I got the clearing the browser cache email..complained again. Got a oh so sorry, when exactly did it stop working and did you get any codes. I told them I could not play 7-10 and no I did not get any codes. And I still don't have any codes, it's been two or three days and they never replied. I don't think they really care. If they did, they'd have fixed their contest programming after the first one broke.

I got the same response from Kobo asking for more details. I sent back specifics and told them that I know the contest is broken for everybody, not just me. I don't really care that much about the coupon codes, but I really want to win the grand prize one day!
