One contest with a glitch - well, it happens. But three? And no response from the company - that's not so good.

(I'm guessing that there is nothing we can do due to the 'Limitations of Liability' section - unless the laws of Ontario/Canada say differently.)

I'm not sure any of us want to throw legal stones. The rules also say "One entry per person per day" and several of us play more than once. That would mean we'd disqualified ourselves from even receiving coupons that they have to honor...

It's up to the organisers to identify and remove entries that don't conform to the rules - if they have no way to identify fraudulent entries, that's their problem.

I've had a response to my email - just 7 hours or so after I sent it.
An apology for the 'technical difficulty' with the contest and a discount code to use. The body of the email says 50% off, the code is labelled 70% off - either is better than I've ever won in the contest but I hope it's 70%!

ETA it was a 70% discount code
