I can't speak for others, but whenever I've contacted them and gotten the "call" option, they ALWAYS email me about one or two business days later. It's been a while since I needed to so things may have changed.

Unfortunately at least one of my friends didn't receive the 90% code bearing email offer. So they didn't bother starting their Kobo account. I didn't need their return 90% off coupon, but it sure startled them that they didn't receive the email offer.

(And the moment has passed, so they're not particularly interested in continuing on with the Refer code idea ... sigh ...)

Well OK then Yesterday I advised Kobo that I didn't get a 90% referral code and they sent me a code for 100% discount But the response has no validity info. Does anyone know how long these codes are good?

I wrote and got nothing but a customer service survey, so I resent the email, and the second time got an email saying they'd fix the contest next time. No coupons at all.

I specifically asked about the validity. That information wasn't included in the original email with the codes.

The only issue I see with always landing on the last page is that quite frequently the info on the preceding pages is relevant. A recent example is the US Contest stuff up, if one hadn't read the previous pages one wouldn't have seen that the issue had been mentioned in these pages, and discussed constantly.

And yet some posters came on and posted comments that indicated that the US Contest was new info and that they were the first to report it. And they were looking for someone to post confirmation of it.

That sort of annoys me (and no doubt others) who do read from the last unread post when we enter the thread .....

And anyone who enters the thread from the last page may miss out on some code or promo info, and I've seen that happen.
