I went to purchase a book and found that the whole layout for buying has now changed. And they appear to have removed my option to use paypal. Or am I missing something?

PayPal is still there. Make sure your account is set to "Show me standard Checkout" in your Account Settings and you're not set to Quick Buy which they added quite a while back (last year?).

They changed the site design a short while back, there are a few threads about it, mainly complaining about what they did.

I have checked my account and I do have it set to "show me standard checkout". But when I get to the "Buy Now" step only my credit card is shown as a payment option. I have now tried it on two different books with two different publishing houses. I must be missing something because I still can't find the paypal option

Is it a pre-order? Pre-orders don't work with PayPal on Kobo. Otherwise I'm not sure what the problem could be.
