Not really discount code related, but I'm curious if others are now seeing PayPal charges from Kobo showing up on their bank statement as "Dan Galperin" instead of Kobo. This started about a week or so ago: a purchase made on Sunday the 18th was the first time I saw it:
08/19/2013 DEBIT DAN GALPERIN IAT PAYPAL $0.50
This is normally how it shows up:
08/16/2013 DEBIT KOBO INC. IAT PAYPAL $4.78
I Googled Dan Galperin and apparently he works at Kobo and the purchases match the ones I made at Kobo, so no big deal.

I haven't paid for Kobo books via Paypal in a few weeks so I haven't seen this. According to this Kobo profile, there's a Dan Galperin listed as Vice President of Research and Development. Still, I find it a bit 'unprofessional' to use someone's name rather than the company name; I expect that from a small e-tailer, not a company like Kobo.

I'm wondering if some kind of vendor agreement between Kobo and PayPal got renewed recently and they accidentally used his name instead of the company name. I suspected it wasn't just me. Incidentally, if I login to PayPal, the transactions show as Kobo, so it appears to only be the ACH portion from PayPal to my bank that's reporting the wrong name.
