Basically, that is trying to have the Kobo ereader type made clear. The Clara HD is pretty easy but when you have someone ask for the Kobo Glo and then come back to mention that they have the Glo HD or ask for the image for the Kobo Touch without any more information.

After I reset my KoboGlo I can't connect to wifi or laptop.
I can;t do annything with it.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.
