Hello. I am looking for a firmware image for a Kobo Glo N613 please. Had to do a factory reset and now it cant talk to anything nor get past the "Welcome to Kobo" screen before corrupting.

I need an sd card image and maybe some instructions on how to do a restore.
My aura h2o doesnt turn on, i figured my best chance would be a firmware restore on the internal sd card. Thanks in advance!

It may be the same steps, but I found myself in a similar situation before, try pressing the power button in quick succession for 10 seconds. Press-release-press-release on and on.

Doing this a few times seem to force the tablet into some sort of factory reset recovery mode for me.

Hi,

I am trying to fix my mother's Kobo Clara HD N249. It looks like the micro sd card is corrupted, when I try to do a backup of the image a read error happens after a few seconds.

Could someone share with me a backup image file that I could put into a new micro SD card?

The Aura N514 does not have removable internal storage so no image is available. People have used a N250 Aura H2O image copied to a µSD card and booted from that card in the external µSD card slot. See message #124 in this thread for one user's experience.

The following models also have fixed internal storage and no image is available.

Kobo N709 Aura One
Kobo N782 Forma
Kobo N777 & N778K Sage

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post in this thread to let me know.
