You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post in this thread to let me know.

Can I kindly ask for an image for Kobo Aura H20 N250?

I was trying to update my aura and now I'm left with a blank screen and white blinking light. I was able to bring it back a few days ago but when I tried to set it up via wifi, it kept on giving me a wifi error, even when I tried to do it via the desktop app. I'd like to get my kobo back to life and I'm on a Mac.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post in this thread to let me know.

The instruction link is for Windows and since I don't use physical Macs, I can't offer much advice on copying the image to a µSD card using a Mac. There were several discussions a while back but never paid much attention to them.

You might want to check: Hacking the Kobo Clara HD – 1: Hacking the internal microSD storage which another Mac user said was useful to them.
