Downloading in background or as a job

Hi Kovid,

I've just started using your software in the last couple of months, great work. I'm still going the process of importing my ebooks, got around 1/3 of em done so far.

One of the problems/issue that I have is when I tell it download book information, (cntrl-d) I have to wait until its finished downloading the covers/info for 50 or so books before i can do anything else. It'd be nice if I was able to continue fixing names, authors etc on other books while the previous 50 was updating.

this would really speed up the import process.

You can make a bug/enhancement request, but search first, I believe this has been requested before.
