keurig/k-cup is my choice of coffee. But they keep breaking. Last keurig lasted 2 months. So I got a regular coffee maker and i hate it. I just dont drink enough to justify making a pot. My last Keurig which I kept at work for about 4 years was still going strong when I retired and left it there. My new Keurig (retirement gift) is two months old and working well. Between my XYL and I, we drink enough coffee to justify the coffee maker we used to use but both prefer the ability to make a cup of coffee on demand and to try different types of coffee without having to make a pot.

Trying the new Angry Orchard "HardCore" imperial cider. The Dark Cherry Apple is more cherry than apple, but is pleasant enough.

A protein shake.

Four years ago my New Year's resolution was to improve my diet, lose weight, and exercise on a regular basis. I got off to a slow and inconsistent start, but I've kept up with it.* I took a week off from my exercise routine due to being under the weather, but I finally had to admit today that I'm feeling much better and it's time to get back into the routine. I just finished a short session on the home gym in the basement and it's time to "celebrate" with a vanilla protein shake.

* Since starting in 2019 I've lost about 25 pounds (I still have more to go) and each annual physical exam has shown improvement over the last. But I still hate to exercise and I have to drag myself downstairs to the exercise corner, kicking and screaming the whole way.
