I've lived within walking distance of the same IGA for the better part of 60 years. Another one 20 minutes down the road has the state store where I buy most of my liquor.

Just finishing my first tea of the day. This time around a nice Pu Erh (or the spelling variant of your choice) from the local Asian market. It's very good, but a bit finicky about preparation ... and I'm a decidedly unfinicky person. Ah well, I can make the effort.

Morning coffee. I'm looking at getting a new coffee mug like the one I was looking at yesterday in a dollar store. Holds about 2 litres with the inscription "I've cut back to just one cup of coffee per day".

Funnily, I found the same item on Amazon.ca for just $83.68 compared to $28.99 in the local dollar store.

If I'd bought that large mug, I'd still be working on it. As it is, I'm having a coffee with Metaxa brandy, ouzo and a splash of whipped cream.
