There's a wiki page about Calibre Cover Settings in the FanFicFare Plugin.
I suspect you want some combination of the "Inject/update the generated cover inside EPUB" setting, using Calbre's Polish book to inject manual covers, and use_old_cover:true in personal.ini |

Thanks! Seems like the easiest for me is to use the GC settings in the FFF GUI.
With fics where I want to manually add a cover, I'll have it generate and inject a cover, then I go in and just replace the generated cover image with whatever image I want. That seems to work to generate a separate cover (or in this case a titlepage.xhtml) file in the epub. It would be faster to select multiple fics and run a polish or use the modify epub plugin, but I don't like that it creates an original_epub. |

Hello! Does anyone know the metakey for editing chapter titles with replace_metadata? Is there a master list of metakeys anywhere?
