Does anybody have an English-Latvian / Latvian-English dictionary available? Unfortunately, I can't see it on the list in the first post.

Thank you so much! I'd say the Tilde Classic English-Latvian Dictionary (Eng-Lvs) as Tilde is a solid linguistic institution for the Latvian language (which I am trying to learn, by the way)

I'm looking for a Finnish-English dictionary for my Kobo Clara. Unfortunately, the one I'm currently using (which might be the only one available online? I've seen it on a few sites) is not great. My Dutch-English dictionary not only looks way nicer, it's also much better at recognizing conjugated words and finding the lemma (which is very important when reading something in Finnish). There's the Finnish Wiktionary in dictd format, but I can't convert it myself (I've read the instructions but I'm pretty useless with this kind of thing). Could anyone help? Thanks!

Is there a Czech-English dictionary for Kobo that can be used like the preinstalled dictionnaries? I bought a dictionary but it turned out to be just an epub with a list of words and their translations.

Hi everyone!
As I am using Kobo Libra 2, the Kobo does not support English - Vietnamese in its default Nickel Reader. I got the work around, however the font size is too small as you can see in the photos. Does anyone know how to increase font size of this html/zip dictionary? I tried to unzip and open html files with edge / notepad but it was not similar to web html code, and I couldn't find a way to increase the font size.

I attach the photos of the English-Vietnamese (named as English-Deutsch on the photo) and the Oxford English (default, for font size comparison).
The dictionary was copied to kobo\dict\ and was uploaded in dropbox:

Change the font too, Georgia does not support the Vietnamese language, as I think.

Clean German Wiktionary-based DE-DE dictionary (2021-12-07 dump):

dicthtml-de-de.zip

EDIT: Updated, download link stays the same. Wiktionary dump 2022-02-02.
There is also a StarDict version.
Both have 799,011 entries now.

Thank you! I've done with the kobopatch. Worked like a charm. I still using Georgia, though it was modified to fully and correctly show Vietamese.

Here is the only change I made in patching (of the libnickel)
# Un-comment and edit next line to change font-size
- ReplaceString: {Offset: 16, Find: "%1px", Replace: "32px", MustMatchLength: yes}

Tell users how you customized Georgia. Maybe this will help someone.

I can roughly imagine what you did, added glyphs, but it's tedious work, it was much easier and faster to change the font.

Hey all,
I've been having trouble implementing my own latvian dictionary into my device (kobo H2O). I downloaded a latvian dictionary (that is NOT a translating one) and it is a .mobi file. The file seems incompatible because when I .zip it and put it on my device, the dictionary is recognised, but words have no definitions.
So, I was wondering, what type of file format do the files in the dicthtml-XX.zip folder need to be in?

Taken from Vnm user community, this Georgia can display Vietnamese quite correctly (someone has modified it, not me ^^).
