Right now, I'm in the post-coital period of a spa-based mind-frak that had me contemplating significant details of the introduction to a novel I shall forever be starting to write in my head. It involved a Dugong and an older model Porsche 911. Currently its tiny, bubbling details are fizzing and bursting at the surface, and disappearing beyond recollection.

Still fail to see how you'll get it to work. I mean, I had a Porsche 944 a few years back, and that one is bigger than a 911. And there is no WAY a Dugong would have fit in there. Heck, I could possibly have fit a bunch of pirate ninja squirrels, greased up and using a shoehorn. But something the size of a manatee, nope....

So, without further ado, go write that story for our enjoyment. Now, scoot!

I hope to post a copy this evening. The saga of Harv and Vera has more cliff-hangers, though...

I'm sitting right now in my cab on a taxi stand in the rainy night waiting for clients. Ah well. I love nightshifts. No, really I do! Have my EEE right here on my lap, listening to some New Orleans music, reading the Bellem I posted today (noticed a spelling error I have to right tomorrow at home) and chatting away in the MR forum. There are worse ways to spend your time.

Ah, those times when I really was cut off from the world on nights like these. Thank God for the mobile internet.

“Uh-huh. Want to sneak up to Taylor’s apartment again? He has that vast expanse of carpet with no furniture”.

“I know.”

“It’s like being in the desert.”

“You’ve said that.”

“We could play French Foreign Legion again.”

“No thanks.”

“He’s got that new scarf you like.”

“I know.”

“She could be a princess we rescue”.

“I’m still not sure she’s a she.”

“How can you tell, with a scarf? The colors? The length?”

“I’m still thinking about it. It’d be easier if she were a smart wool sock, I could just ask.”

“Yeah. Too bad.”

“I’m bored.”

“We could sneak up to Taylor’s apartment, and put ourselves on the wrong feet again then when he tries to walk he keeps tripping like when he was moving his mattress in.”

“Heh… he thumped is head on the floor and yelled ‘sucking focks!’”

“Umm.. it’s what two socks do when they really love each other. I’ll explain when you’re older.”
