Rebooted and "Downloaded" is still not in the filter list. Luckily, "reading" seems to get very similar results.

I have synced to get dictionaries. I usually sideload firmware.

It's more complicated. I modified Kobo Utilites plugin (my own consumption) to remove from the database series with only a book and, for doing that, the sql query was the minor issue. And I did it because davidfor was not interested in including it in the plugin (he was who put the sentence, and I don't remember if even the idea in the forum).

I've just patched my Libra 2 for the first time. I'm using the remove footer on home screen, as well as remove recommendations patches. However, how can I remove this "Coming soon to audiobooks Top Picks" option?

I thought this might be what I'm looking for, but it doesn't seem to be a currently available patch. https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...&postcount=146 (Only Reading and My Books (by @jcn363)

As an alternative to waiting for an appropriate patch, you could use sideload mode to eliminate the home screen entirely. Of course, this will also require you to sideload all your books.

I’m sideloading by syncing with Calibre Web. Wouldn’t I lose that functionality as well since the “sync” button disappears? Honestly being able to remotely side load a book to my Kobo isn’t super important but it’s nice to never have to plug it into my computer.

The sync button is still there in sideload mode, but it only syncs dictionaries and firmware updates, since you're not connected to a Kobo account anymore. I don't know if Calibre Web still works, but it might.

Hello, may I ask if anyone would know how to hide the header and footer text completely (but keep the margin/vertical space) in the yaml? May I request this feature?

Would like to keep the white space from a typographic standpoint. Thanks!

Could you disable the header and footer in the settings, then edit the "Reduce top/bottom page spacer" patch to increase the page spacer size to match the margins used with the header/footer enabled?
