Uniform font scale factor patch that uses a font size offset

Is it possible to add a new font scale patch that uses an "offset" for the font size?

Based on my observation here (see the attached image, in that post; for font size comparison, which are overlayed in the most right screenshot).

In my observation the ADE/RMSDK/epub font size of 23 matches with the Access/kepub font size of ± 40-41.
So the offset is either 17-18px. 18px seems more logical.

I think you'd need @sherman to respond to this as he did all the kobopatch work regarding kepub vs. epub font-sizes. However, I haven't seen him around MR for a while.

In his absence ... you seem to be trying to match epub and kepub font-sizes whilst deliberately choosing not to enable the Unify font sizes patch which was designed for the job!

Maybe I've misunderstood ...
