What device is a Kobo Clara 5? There is a N249 Clara HD and a N506 Clara 2E for which images are available. The Clara Colour and Clara BW have fixed internal storage and no image is available.

Hi,
Recently, after an automatic update, the Kobo Glo HD went into restore mode and is looping. I can't get out of this cycle. I can't access files by connecting it to my computer either.
Can someone send me the image of the SD card?
