Thanks, David, for the image and the link to the clear instructions. Unfortunately, I don't think my H2O is going to be revivable, but I appreciated being able to try one more thing, and now I can say I gave it my best shot.

Sorry to hear that news. Sadly, re-imaging is much like CPR. The patient is already dead and we are trying to revive them.
