Found out about this site through redit. My Kobo is in a bootloop or something.

It's stuck on the ‘ restoring’ screen and I can't turn it off or on even if I press for more than 30 seconds.

Are you sure the device is charged? Remember that an eInk screen retains it's display and needs no power to show the restoring image.
