You should keep an eye out on woot.com. They usually have a good deal on one once a month on a refurb, if you can wait.

Or also bensbargains.net (they post links for deals). But I can vouch for woot, they are awesome.

Just finished the Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. 5/5 IT IS EXCELLENT STUFF, one (actually three) of the best books I have read. Ever. - A unique magic system that is transparent to the reader (very rare) - Good pace - Unpredictable most of the time - Nice character development - A satisfying ending (but NOT what you would expect at all) VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. BTW Sanderson's newest book is available as a free ebook here: http://www.brandonsanderson.com/book...AKER-Downloads |

Have you read Elantris? I loved that book (still haven't gotten to Mistborn yet though).

Yes, I read Elantris. I liked it a lot, but this trilogy is even better.

If really it's the first that you prefer, you might skip to the fifth "Ender's Shadow". It is set in battle school but through the eyes of Bean. And then read the sixth "Shadow of the Hegemon" Where Ender's crew is captured when they get back to their families on Earth.

I am reading Dracula. Going to have it finished by Saturday. It starts off slow and when you hit chapter 5, it does really pick up and get more interesting.
