KNC1: I have bought a kindle paperwhite 3 . I jailbreak it (5.9.6.1) but when i deregister account amazon, jailbreak has gone. so i reset factory i to rejailbreak again. But it auto updated to 5.11.2 after i reset. Can you help me about that. what happened. Can you help me jailbreak it or downgrade it. Thank you sir

Not possible unless you follow the serial port jailbreak instructions.

Hey There,

I want to jailbreak a "KT2" Firmware Version 5.8.2.1 is this possible? I read a lot in this forum section, but i am a little confused. Link 1 gave me some hope, but i am really not sure because i am new to this.

2) Transfer the 5.6.0_initial.bin to the Device
3) Transfer the extracted files from "main-htmlviewer.tar.gz" to the Kindle, and then Search for ";installHtml" (device is unplugged while searching)
