conversion error of a mobi file

Can somebody help me convert this mobi file into a different format?

I've tried both online services and software, but it fails even though it can be opened by readers.

Here's the file I am trying to convert

The file is too many pages long, so much so that it cannot even be opend by the reader without freezing, therefore dividing it into several smaller ones would help

Dictionaries seem to always fail to convert. I think it is because the internal structure is too complex.

You need a powerful cimputer and 64bit calibre to convert dictionaries, but there is not much point since the end result will just be a regular book, not useable for lookups.
