Book Metadata
Any idea how I can get specific custom columns in the metadata so it shows on the inserted page?

Would like to get a Page/Average Rating/Word column in it....

Maybe a workaround?

Nope. Possibly that page in the book , but that tweak does not change the actual Metadata in the DB

If you blow it! Juust remove the Custom version you created, from Configuration folder

All custom changes are put in the proper relative location in the Configuration folder so they survive the UPDATES

Be sure to do these following the guidelines outlined in Help

Golden rule with anything, not just calibre. Before doing anything that you even think could 'damage' your data make sure you have up to date backups. Best facilitated via a backup utility/process that does incremental (or differential) backups. If done frequently (ie daily) then on a typical calibre library it should only take a few minutes.
