I once posted about a famous SciFi author on a forum which rendered his name as Philip K. Censored. Great fun. I think U.S. presidents #41 and #43 also deserve a place on the list, though.

That is one place I can't move things to . (as I did not choose to opt in?) My personal opinion is the entire thread should move there. I have little tolerance for those intolerant of other peoples (whatever). |

This is a discussion about the controversial, heated topic of censoring books. I vote this thread belongs in Politics and Religion.

Why would anyone want to censor the rich tapestry that is the English language?

May I ask a pertinent question. From which country does the OP originate?

It will let the 'Greenies' (the full board Mods) deal with this if they care. Last edited by theducks; 06-12-2014 at 10:14 PM. Reason: spelling

Well, I posted this months ago and haven't checked the replies. Sorry for the bump up the list. The conversation turned out pretty much like I guessed it would. I'm not offended. For me, this list has worked very well. Like I said at the start - this is censorship, but it's for personal use. Thanks for the feedback! Edit: mahal48, I'm from the US.
