So here I am 3 month later with a gorgeous piece of, I don't know what. Yes, I can use it, but it doesn't do half of what my el cheapo 6€ cover does.

Maybe I'll stroke it with my free hand when reading and keep the China cover on the reader for protection and convenience. Never thought I'd have a 60€ leather pet.

I think you should place it inside the front door - then you can wipe your feet on it with your matching colour shoes every time you come home!

Really appalling service and sorry you had to go through this.

And even though you had all those problems, I still love my Noreve cover! It still does what I expected of it: it protects my reader and it looks pretty

It's such a fail that they took out the sleep function entirely - I still can't believe they did that rather than fix the real issue that folding back the cover activated the sleep function. Duh....

I don't think you'll be able to look at it without getting stressed as it will remind you of all this nonsense. Are you the one that ordered the mint green cover? For sale, one mint green cover with sleep function removed? (Sorry).

I'll stay with my cheapy Moko cover for now, but I may be tempted by the tactility of the official cover. Do you think they will release new colors for it ever? I would love one in red...

Did the noreve site ever say that they supported the sleep function? It doesn't seem to now. The wayback machine never indexed noreve's KA1 page :-(

They said it; if they hadn't, I wouldn't have ordered the cover in the first place. Fortunately, I was able to return it as I ordered the default black-on-black cover.

I recently bought a Dell cover and I must say it has one feature that would have been awesome on my Noreve: a small elastic band that you can fold over the front. It looks a bit like those elastic bands you'll see at some generic or cheap covers (but those are used to hold the device in place), except this one is on the outside. It means you can keep it on the back for normal use and fold it to the front if you want to make sure the cover keeps shut.

Most notebooks I've seen had a elastic band from top to bottom. But the idea is the same, yes, only this only is a corner (which is naturally almost impossible with a traditional notebook as paper generally isn't rigid enough to stay shut if you only hold one corner shut )

Any specific link to the item?

I like covers, that look like an old book very much. The finest ones of this kind are sold by 12south, their "bookbook" Covers.
They offer one for the iPad mini, which has very similar dimensions as the kobo Aura①.
I removed the "soft-leather-fixation" for the apple-device and fixed instead of it the "clip-in-frame" of a cheap slim-cover with velcro in it.
Looks and works very well.

Wanna see pics of it ?

I just received my MoKo (Starry Night) case for my new KA1. The fit is flawless, with a felt-like material on the inside top cover. The magnets work well with no issues putting and waking the device from sleep.

My initial urge was to go with the black or the navy blue covers, but I decided to be a bit less conservative and go with the Starry Night pattern. The yellows and oranges on the paint pattern look almost 3D.

The cover has a very subtle smell, like an old leather-clad book.

That's my $0.02...
