Pietvo, I don't know where you can get The Ark ebook in other countries. That's up to the publisher in whatever country you live in.

I officially live in the Netherlands, but at the moment I live in Bolivia. I want the English version, and obviously there is no Bolivian publisher that has the book. So I would guess I would have to rely on a USA publisher. I would guess that a USA publisher would also have rights for all of the Americas for the English version (who else would). But most of the shops don't allow this. I only found ebooks.com that would sell me a USA edition of an ebook to Bolivia, but they don't have yours.

Why do we have to struggle with these 19th century concepts in this age of global communications?

Boyd, The Noah's Ark Quest is at my local Target for A$19.49. I still don't understand why it has different names around the world.

I just found out that The Ark/The Noah's Ark Quest will be published in China, Czech Republic, and France, bring the total to 18 foreign markets!

I recently finished reading The Ark. It was pretty good. In the same sort of vain as the Dirk Pitt books.

I finally managed to buy the ebook version of the Ark a few weeks ago from WH Smith in the UK. Of course it is the British version called "The Noah Ark Quest". This was before they installed the geographic restrictions in their shop. They also had a hefty discount on their ebooks in that time. I am now reading it. It is a real page turner.

I'm still waiting for the Kindle version to come under $10. I just think there are too many books out there to pay $17. No matter how much I want to read it.

I would pay $12, only the kindle version is not available in Australia.

I know it's available now on Kindle, Nook, and the iBookstore, but I'm not sure what other platforms it will be on.

Cool and it's only $5.99. But why is _The Ark_ still $11.99 for Kindle but $7.99 in MMP? Any way to reconcile that? Must be selling really well.

The paperback of The Ark doesn't come out until 1/25/2011. I'm sure the Kindle price will match the paperback when it does.
