Metadata and Amazon.de Bug or Feature?

When Title contains "German Caracters", the generated URL is not correct.
The caracter ü ist generated as \xfc. (and other caracters)
So Amazon.de cannot find any data.

That is the correct unicode representation. The reason amazon.de doesn't work anymore is because the way search is done was changed. The new plugin has infrastructure for domain specific searches, but someone has to implement the other domains apart from amazon.com

Yes, they have slightly different websites, which means someone has to customize the plugin for amazon.de specially.

I don't have a separate Plugin for Amazon.de.
I redirect the Adress Amazon.com to Amazon.de (Entry in the hosts file)
I don't understand why it works well in 7.59 an goes wrong in 0.80. The redirect entry ist the same.
