It's 22:06 and no time to think about food... I haven't posted enough yet today! Oh wait, I managed not to post too much today! I did manage to create my first epub ebook though. One I can also use to create mobipocket books with. Now I need a few days to reorganize my HTML library... Which means less posting! |

Hmmm Ah, found it, a Kenwood. We've only had it for about a month now, but I already love it. If you are going to get one, make sure it has a timer... It's very nice to have some freshly baked bread in the morning when you get up. And don't even mention the smells that are in the house in the morning! Nothing can beat the smell of a freshly baked bread... | |

It's very easy - it's a microwave sponge, so you basically mix the sponge mixture, but a layer of treacle or syrup in the bottom of the bowl, plonk the mix on top, put more syrup or usgar on top and cook for 6 minutes (the extra 4 mins is the preparation)

I have a bread maker (will look at the brand later) which I enjoy. I try not to use it too often, though, because it keeps making me eat too much .......

Well, since I don't have a breadmaker YET I had to settle for making some home fries. Cut up potatoes, use some oil, cover and stir until soft, turn up heat and brown, salt liberally......yum! |
