after downloaded, get from google "USB Duplicator Image Writer" and use it to write the image to SdCard

but as before it isn't recognize by any computer...
what can i do?
i cannot upload any book!

While you're trouble-shooting your connection issue, you could either use the Calibre Content Server to transfer your books by wifi, or put books on a microSD card and put that in your kobo.

I'm tryng to put my books in the sd card but i don't know hot to do! Windows ask me to format and i cannot view files.

I mean put the microSD card (a separate one, not the one inside your Kobo!) into a USB SD card reader, put the USB card reader into the USB slot on your computer, put the books on it that way (drag and drop), then put the card into the card slot on your Kobo.

Meanwhile, I'm guessing you've done a factory reset, tried a different USB cable, different USB slot, different computer, that sort of thing?

i've tried almost everything....
i don't know why my kobo isn't recognized by any computer. I guess it could be an hardware problem.
ho can i put an sd in the slot? i have to take away he kobo one... isn't all operative sistem and books on the same one?

Your glo has a separate card slot. You don't need to crack open the device, just put a card loaded with books into the slot.

If anyone has a Kobo Glo image they can send, it would be a huge help. I can't even get mine to the point of a factory reset and thinking it's just corrupted files.

That very brief description makes me wonder if the SD card is failing. You might want to get another card and restore the image to that.

Hi there!

I hope anyone could help me to find a suitable image for my Kobo Glo (N613),
I cant restore the old one, cause the SD-Card looks broken.
So I would try to write a new one with a fresh image .

I think the memory of my Kobo Glo N613 is broken because it randomly freezes when i use it.
The factory reset did not help.
Could someone send me the image please ?
