This looks like you don't have continue_on_chapter_error:true set. It should appear in the log when it triggers.

I don't understand the question. What's "Set Collection URL" in this context?

The only thing that comes to mind is the FFF Standard Columns tab where Author and Series URLs can be set in Calibre's standard tables. And there isn't an equivalent 'Collection'.

Without seeing your settings, all I can do is guess...

defaults.ini already adds them to extra_valid_entries--you shouldn't need to do so again.

Are your custom_columns_settings and titlepage_entries (or add_to_titlepage_entries) in the correct [sections]?

Did you remember the leading ',' for add_to_titlepage_entries and leading spaces for custom_columns_settings?

Should that be at the bottom of the .ini field? I can add that there to override like it says, which would be ideal for me to be honest.
