Hi everyone.

I just recently received a Kindle 3G+Wi Fi as a gift and have taken the plunge into reading electronically. I'm not a heavy reader, but I liked the idea of an ereader and got to play around with a Nook and then a non-working Kindle edition and decided that it would be a good thing for me.

I've had it for a few days now, and I love it. I haven't actually purchased any books on it yet, but I've downloaded a few samples and about 30 free books that I probably won't ever read.

I stumbled upon this site while trying to find information about book resources, customizations for the Kindle and just any tips/tricks for a new user. I can't promise I'll post much or be a heavily active member here, but I'll probably poke my head in every so often when I need help or to discuss books I've read.

Most of my reading as of late has been Fantasy/Sci-Fi, but I have a feeling that I'll be branching out a bit more now that I can check out samples of things easily and read many things for free.
