I have a Calibre library up and running, and shared out via calibre2opds. Works well.
A couple of friends I share physical books with have gotten bitten by the ebook bug and now have ebooks they would also like to have available online. They don't have a server so I've been hosting the books for them. Is there any way for multiple people to use the Calibre UI to manage a single library? Things would be much faster if they could help with editing metadata, covers, etc. Thanks! -Pete |

No, at least not at the same time. It is theoretically possible to have multiple modify the same library sequentially, but there are several ways to break it. Some people have successfully shared a library via dropbox, and perhaps one or more of them will post how they did it.
One notion that might work is to have each person have their own library, then have someone construct the master by copying books from the individual libraries. |
