PRS-650 Best prices and offers

Hi All,

I thought I would start a thread to try and find the best deal on the PRS-650.

I have seen the Waterstones £30 off offer on the PRS-350 mentioned here https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98690 but are there any other offers on at the moment?

I feel the PRS-650 (£199) is the one for me, but there is too much of a price gap for my budget when comparing it to the Kindle 3 (£109), and I feel Sony are missing a trick if they don't try to compete because IMHO it is clearly the more superior for reading.

there is a code in that thread that means you can get the 650 for only £169.99 from waterstones, expires Friday (24th) code VA7449
I used it to order the 350 and 650 got them for £110.48 and £169.99

I did try that code after adding the PRS-650 to my basket, but it still shows as 199.99.

your right, I just tried it. It still works on book orders over £30 but not on the Sonys anymore..........my order went through okay on Friday, I ordered 350,650 and cover saved over £54..........they must have put a stop on it. Hope they honor my order when it ships, I'll be angry if they put it through full price when they emailed confirmation at reduced prices.......
