CSS for auto Table of Contents
I would like to format the automatic Table of Contents that Calibre creates but obviously it doesn't exist until the prc is created. Does anyone know whether it uses a CSS class so that I can create the formatting in a style sheet beforehand?

MOBI doesn't use CSS, so no, I'm afraid not.
