Opus ask me to select the language everytime I turn it on

Hi.
i reflash device from 1.9 to 2.1
i repartition and format to FAT32
and now i can read book only from my flash-card.
and also after each turn on i should choose language, font settings .
what should i do?

I don't like the sound of the "repartitioning". I suspect you've messed up the file system.
