Hi from the UK
Hello all

I'm based in the UK and looking forward to entering the world of eBooks, both as an author and a reader. I plan on getting a Kindle ... does anyone have any thoughts on this, or advice as to a better eReader?

Please let me know before I spend any hard earned cash.

Hi Dave, welcome to MR!

I've only had Kindles, so I can't give you any comparison, but I loved my K1 and I really love my K3! You could always post a message in the "Which One Should I Buy" forum. You'll get lots of opinions/advice there.
