The "V-Reader"

Mods, please move if I've posted in the wrong forum. This is totally new to me.!

An animated, in color, interactive ebook reader specifically designed for the 3-7 year old set.
Click on the product demo for more info.

Kinda cute.......but very basic in variety of books, which I'm sure will change if this catches on.

I think parent participation would still be very important with this product.

I thought you were talking about the (Velocity) Cruz Storypad!

But I think I saw this one (the V-Reader) at Wal-Mart!

You forgot one! Are there geo-restrictions?

Seeing these, all I could think of was "eBooks & eBook reading... Resistance is futile!"

Thanks for posting - very interesting!
V.Tech has a history of making good gadgets for kids - household name so to speak. I am really interested in this for my kids (3, 5 and 7).
I wonder how much are the books going to be sold for.
