K3 cover is "sniffty"
My chocolate brown cover (sans reading light) arrived today. Is it just me or do others also like the way the new cover smells?

Maybe if had a Kindle to put in it I'd stop sniffing and start reading. ETA for mine is Monday.

Well, I just had to give my new cover a sniff after reading this. I don't like the smell of mine, so its a good thing it isn't strong. I got my K3 an hour or so after the cover arrived today, so I've not paid much attention to the cover. Enjoy the smell until Monday. I think you'll enjoy what goes in it much more.

I just got the brown leather cover, with light, and I agree that it has a nice, leathery smell.

I'm from Texas, and smelling leather on the hoof is not a good thing. Fortunately it smells less like cowpatty when processed!

Are you able to post a pic? I'm really torn between the brown and black lighted models. I have yet to see a first hand pic of the brown one.

Yes I am aware of that feature & it is a feature that I want to have for the times when I'm traveling and need a light without an add on.

Haha that made my morning I must admit that I neglected to realise actual leather, I honestly just thought it was some mock leather lol. Ah the irony, buy a device to read and then neglect to read the write up of a cover for said reading device...

In my mind that's the bonus. You don't need to bring any other device. Power will be used, sure, but how much will have to be tested.
Still waiting, but hopefully monday I receive them both.
