Long tags
when using the latest version of sigil (0.2.4) to create/edit some ebooks, I'm finding that the tags are now:
<p xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace" class="basic" xml:lang="en-us"><br /></p> instead of the older (and shorter) <p><br/><p> Is there an option to use the simpler tag? Dan |

There were no changes made to Sigil that would add those attribute to your <p> tags. Are you sure that they were not present in your original document?

hmmmm... I'm getting it on every tag in this document.
If I create a new epub, Sigil is working fine. I wonder what I've done. I'll post when I figger it out. d |

After restarting both computer and Sigil. This problem has disappeared.
Either I slipped the code into my document, or evil spirits possessed the keyboard. (It is a story about witches, so who knows) Thanks for the response Valloric, sorry for the red herring. |

Hey, Valloric:
Actually, I'm getting some of those, too; I'd blown it off this past week due to some other issues unrelated to Sigil; but I'm doing two more books tomorrow, if they show up I'll screenshoot 'em, see if we can figure out what is causing it--IIRC, I was getting them in image tags. Hitch |
