Content Server edit help

I have curently edited the content server CSS file to do some color changes and I love how it came out.. but I noticed today when I go to the URL from my iPad I get a mobil eversion of the webpage and I can't find the files to edit its layout. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Currently its embedded in the code, I'll move it into a separate file for the next release.
