Having serious issues with Calibre since upgrade.

I upgraded calibre recently and am having issues. Since my upgrade to 0.7.7, I cannot load any books from Calibre to Stanza on my iphone. I am using the new iphone 4 and never had these issues with my previous iphone or with stanza or Calibre. Can someone please help me. When I open Stanza on my iphone it just times out. It does not show Calibre at all. It is very frustrating and I have tried everything, I deleted Calibre and reinstalled it. I did the same for stanza, still not connecting. It just show's searching and then times out.
