Classic Nook Wifi Underclocked?

Update: issue solved. the value is calculated dynamically and when loading a web page, the value is 530. Big thanks to JesusFreke@nookdevs.

Just received the $149 nook wifi and softrooted it, but upon checking cpuinfo, the output is:
