I'm finally getting around to introducing myself. Last month my wife and I bought e-readers. She a Nook and I a Sony PRS 600. We have to thank everybody from the good info we got from these forums.

I liked the intuitive interface of the touchscreen Sony. I like being able to just tap a word and have the dictionary pop up and give me the definition and various uses of the word. It gives insight into the author's reasoning in choosing the language.
My wife liked the sharpness of the Nook and the fact that we live very close to a B&N. We often enjoy sharing a free pastry that they offer to us for just showing the Nook at the counter.

Those are the two top runners on my wish list. I like the 3G, the look and feel of the Nook. I like to take notes for a lot of my reading, using Quickhand, which is one place the Sony 600 shines
