Prs-505 - Book won't transfer

I have had my PRS-505 for some time now and thought I knew what I was doing. However, I have been having an issue with one book that I purchased not transferring.

The book is in epub format and I purchase books from this same site all the time with no issue. In fact, I purchased another book that same day and it transferred fine.

When I transfer the book, it shows on the Reader, but when I try to read it, only 1 page is there. When you go to that page it says "Page Error"

I have tried deleting the book from the Reader and my library and re-loading it from the site I purchased it from but no luck. I also deleted some other books from my Reader thinking it might be full, but that also didn't work.

Please help! I'm at my wits end.

What program are you using to transfer it?

What site did you buy it from?

I bought on Kobo.com which is a Canadian site. I have purchased many books before from there and never had a problem including a book purchased AFTER the book in question.

I am using the Sony Reader Library to transfer it.

It sounds like the book was improperly made for the mobile ADE spec. You'll have to contact Kobo to get a refund.
