Threads with polls always jump to last post

It seem that whenever there is a poll at the front of a thread, if I click on 'View first unread' I end up at the very last post. Just noticed it again on the 'Right Hand' thread which got a poll added well after the thread started.

It's not major - just a little alarming. I have to work my way back to figure where I was...

Probably re-orging the forums is more important...

Now that I'm following the May book poll, this problem has become particularly annoying.

Is it fixable (easily)?

Update: Strange, the first poll I tried it with, I was also directed to the last post. Then I tried other polls and was correctly sent to the first unread post within the poll thread. Well, still going to look at it.

Just noticed yesterday that if I hadn't voted, I didn't get dropped to the last post. I haven't gone back to experiment with that poll, to see if voting changes the behaviour...
