Ended jetBook Lite - $60 shipped to US

I just bought this, thinking I thought I might like the faster LCD screen, but for me it doesn't compare at all to my favorite Pocketbook 360.

It's been used for less than 30 minutes—the original batteries are in and still show 4 bars.

$60 shipped anywhere in the US. I'm willing to ship internationally, but buyer would need to add additional postage and assume any risk of loss if they live in a country with dodgy mail.

You can sell it on eBay for $134.95...

Why you like Pocketbook 360 more? I tested it on CES and I didn't find any reason why should I pay $200 for it.

I just picked one up last week from newegg.com for $99 including shipping. It's for my daughter, the jetbook is nice but had a little too much glare for me.

I love my Pocketbook so much! It's by far my favorite reader, over my Sony's, Kindles and now the JBL. It was the best impulse purchase I've made in a long time, because I was totally happy with my PRS-900 until I got the PB360.

The #1 biggest reason is FBreader. It lets me display my books the way I want. Exactly. I can fiddle with them down to the last detail. No more epubs with double spacing between the paragraphs. No irritating ADE page numbers.

The #2 reason is how customizable it is. You can install themes, games and dictionaries. I was having a hard time finding my books, because I have so many that I had to scroll through 37 pages of authors. But, I found a theme for that, that changes the display to get many more authors on a page. I also installed a Sudoku game that is quite elegantly done for something on e-ink. If I don't feel like reading but am in a waiting room needing to be entertained, it fits the bill perfectly.

And actually tied with #1, perhaps #1a is how light and comfortable it is. I can easily hold it with one hand for long stretches. I can flip it to any direction, so if my right hand is free I leave the controls on the right, but if my left hand is free I put them on the left. By default I like to use my left hand, so keep the unit set that way, technically upside-down. After getting used to the PB360 my PRS-900 feels like it weighs a ton and even the PRS-600 is too heavy.

Since I missed this bargain I went back to newegg.com and bought my son a jetBook-lite for $99 using the promo code ereader. I'm not sure how long that deal will last but now both of my kids will have an ereader.
