Bad database and python
I use Vista. I have tried repeatedly to install Calibre. It installs fine but then when asking me for a folder to put books. not matter what folder I create I get a bad database message. I have tried the cmd.exe trick. I have uninstalled and redownloaded 4-5 times. This is frustrating to see the program open and not be able to access it.
Thoughts? |

Have you tried a simple folder location like
c:\library (make sure the user running calibre has write access to this folder) |
