my Kindle 2 update fireware 2.3.3 failured,now there are no HOME and SETTING when I boot the machine.reboot update fireware 2.3.3 then the error code is 0003. I can receive the 3G signal and sign on the amazon stored normally.Would you please tell me how to restore the system or how to solve this problem.

If you can access the menus - go to settings -> Factory Reset.
Otherwise - call Customer Support.
